You must complete the following steps one time only, prior to the first
time you access your utility account information. Read this entire page or
print it for easy reference during the registration process.
Information you will need to register
A valid email address.
Your utility billing account number. This is located at the top on your utility
The temporary PIN located on the top left-hand side of your utility
bill under the service address.
The image below shows the location of PIN number of 0000303177 on a sample utility bill.
These temporary PINs have been included on the utility bills as of
December 14, 2007. A missing Online PIN# usually signifies that the account is already registered.
Click on the "Forgot Password" link located in the left sidebar if you have
forgotten your PIN.
Enter your account number and the temporary PIN on the Utility Billing service
main page (the account number must be entered exactly as shown
on the utility bill with the dash and no spaces e.g.: 001234567-000789012).
Click on the Sign-On button.
On a successful sign in, you will be directed to the Account
Registration page. Here you will enter a new PIN, confirm by entering the PIN
again, enter a PIN hint, your e-mail address, and confirm by entering it a
second time. The new PIN must have between 4 to 10 digits. It can be numbers,
letters, or a combination of both.
Click on the Submit button.
Click on Exit. You will receive an e-mail shortly afterwards verifying the
information submitted on the registration page. This email will contain your
PIN, PIN hint and a link for you to click on to complete the registration
process. Please save this confirmation email for future reference in the event
you forget your PIN or PIN hint.
When you click on the e-mail verification hyperlink, this will
bring you to the Utility Billing main sign-on page where you can enter your
Account # and the new PIN. Click on the Sign-On button to access your utility
